Instructions:
Cast on an entire weekend devoted to knitting, crocheting, weaving, spinning and felting.
Begin work by rambling around the great city of New York, being careful not to avoid the subway
and liberally visiting shops, museums, and other attractions as desired.
Next round: Continue by meeting up with some amazing people such as Debbie Bliss (DEBBIE BLISS!!!!!)
and Louisa Harding (LOUISA HARDING) and Nell Bliss and Terese (my special nickname for her)
Increase enjoyment at each end of every hour by spending time with dear friends like Brooke Nico, Trisha Malcolm and Franklin Habit, and teaching passionate, engaged and enthusiastic students.
Decr contents of wallet at each end (and middle) of every row of Marketplace, purchasing beautiful items
from beautiful vendors.
Work classes in same manner, lecturing and teaching intelligent, engaged students who are a joy to be with. Cont for desired length of your stay,
which almost certainly will not be long enough.
Finishing: Climb on desired method of transportation, feeling broke, exhausted and possibly hungover (your individual results will vary) but infinitely happier.
Holy smokes, what a fabulous time!
You are adorable.
Awesome photos! I love how Vogue Knitting Live changes things up at each event; lots of great surprises and interesting things going on. Thanks for sharing your experience Carol!!
Had a wonderful time at Vogue Knitting Live. Spent some quality time decreasing my wallet (oy) but got some amazing yarns. Loved learning to knit a dragon, and am close to completing my first one. Loved running into my favorite knitting, political blogger. Looking forward to next year.
Was so happy to find you at the show. Last time I was at Vogue Live I didn’t purchase your yarn fast enough and it sold out. This time I didn’t wait. You are the best.
