Josephine Socks

Named after my great-aunt Josephine, these cuff-down socks feature a vertical row of lace patterning, interspersed with columns of twisted ribbing. Written for two-circular needles, with pattern stitch charted.

needles:
For size S: 2 US size 2 (2.75mm) circular needles, or size needed to get gauge
2 US size 1 (2.5mm) circular needles, or one size smaller than above
For size L: 2 US size 3 (3.25mm) circular needles, or size needed to get gauge
2 US size 2 (2.75mm) circular needles, or one size smaller than above
